Ryan Leppo received the male Employee of the Year Award at the annual “Work With Us” Banquet on October 19, 2017, in Lebanon County, PA. Ryan was chosen for this award by demonstrating outstanding work ethic. The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) has released a study of justice-involved youth enrolled in Youth Advocate Programs (YAP). The study was completed by Dr. Michael J.
