The Tow Youth Justice Institute hosted a conversation around the planned closure of the Connecticut Juvenile Training School (CJTS) in 2018 and how to build a continuum of care in the community. Featured participants included John Dixon of New York City's Administrative of Children's Services, Shaena Fazal, YAP's National Policy Director, and Marc Schindler, Executive Director of Justice Policy Institute.
