YAP Board Member Randolph Stone Retiring from University of Chicago Mandel Legal Aid Clinic

Youth Advocate Programs (YAP), Inc. Board Member Randolph Stone is retiring after 31 years of service at the University of Chicago Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. The clinic is where law school professors provide guidance to students and staff as they work to provide services to low-income Chicago residents. A longtime advocate for youth and justice reform, Stone’s many accomplishments include his role in ending mandatory juvenile life sentences without parole. He has mentored many legal practitioners who advocate for youth and families, including YAP Chief of Public Policy Shaena Fazal. Read more here.
