YAP’s national Give Back initiative is in full swing. Programs in all of our 18 states are hosting or participating in a variety of community service events limited only by their creativity and imagination. In honor of Mother’s Day, Chatham County, GA YAP performed a skit entitled “The Many Hats of Mothers” at a program the office hosted for its youth and their mothers. One of the youth, Christopher, lost his mother a few months ago, but told staff that he wanted to attend the event and play a role in the skit. He did.
