YAP joined the Philadelphia Defenders Association in congratulating their former leader, Robert Listenbee as he takes over as Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Philadelphia Youth Advocate Programs (PYAP) worked closely with Mr. Listenbee's office to improve outcomes for the most at-risk youth in Philadelphia's juvenile justice system. Marks, YAP's National Research Director, co-presented with Dr. Douglas Evans from John Jay School of Criminal Justice, at the Academy of Criminal Justice Services annual meeting in Dallas on March 21st.
