The first annual Baltimore YAP Community Block Party/ Book Bag Giveaway took place on Saturday, August 24th. Somerset County, PA YAP held their annual fundraiser for the Youth Endowment Fund on August 23, 2013.  In Cow Patty Bingo, the ground is divided into squares, like a bingo board.  Participants purchase individual squares.  The square that the cow drops the patty on is the winner and the owner receives a cash prize.  The remainder of the money goes to the Endowment Fund.  This year, they raised over $1300!
