Our team values the flexibility of the work. Though there are clear expectations regarding services to families and administrative demands, our team maintains flexibility in how they manage their own schedules.
76% of our team are hourly staff. This design empowers staff to choose how many families they are able to work with based on their own availability and priorities. Staff work with their families to develop weekly schedules that meet the family’s need and also work for them. They complete their paperwork where they want, when they want, within the guidelines for submission.
