The Toledo Free Press posted this article about YAP's new Safely Home report.  The report features Lucas County as a "bright spot" for their commitment to reducing the number of youth who are sent to detentions and prisons.  Lucas County YAP director Sherri Munn is quoted in the article:  “Our goal is, first and foremost, to make sure our kids are not being placed in institutions and being served safely and appropriately in our communities.”
