Lancaster YAP recently held staff appreciation days that were a huge success! They chose a movie theme, since their staff are STARS! Over 20 local businesses took the opportunity to thank staff for their work in the community.  They donated food (such as 8 pizzas, Olive Garden salad and breadsticks, Herrs products, Turkey Hill drinks, etc.), items to raffle off (such as theatre tickets, $40 gift card to local grocery store, $25 to Shady Maple, and more) which were raffled off every hour to staff, and other discounts.   

One of the highlights each year is that the admin staff get their hands dirty and do made-to-order breakfast items, such as French toast and pancakes, and make lunch, such as Cory's famous buffalo chicken dip. Two of the favoriate features this year were the huge clapboard made out of cardboard and the movie posters where they replaced the actor's face with one of their staff's.

The leadership in Lancaster did a great job of showing their staff how much their work is appreciated.  Go TeamYAP!
